Privacy Policy

Born 2 Dance may use photos and videos may be used for advertising purposes. All of our shows will be filmed for the show DVD and photos will be taken during this time. By agreeing to our privacy policy you are accepting that photo's may be taken for business/advertising purposes.

If you do not want your child's photo taken or to be filmed please let us know.

Born 2 Dance – Terms and Conditions – Updated payment policy 

By setting up your subscription payment for your class you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. 

Cancellation policy: To cancel your child’s place you need to email us at b2dstaff@gmail.com. We require notice in advance if you would like to cancel your child’s place. You need to let us know of any cancellations by the 25th of the month that you will be leaving. Any cancellations made after the 25th will still be charged on the 1st of the following month. No refunds will be given after the 25th. 

Late Payments – 

Unfortunately, we are experiencing a high number of late payments. This is not acceptable and therefore we will be introducing a late payment fee for payments that are not successful on 1st of the month. This fee will be £10 and will be added onto your payment on the 1st of the following month.
