Born 2 Dance – Terms and Conditions – Updated payment policy
By setting up your subscription payment for your class you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
Cancellation policy: To cancel your child’s place you need to email us at b2dstaff@gmail.com. We require notice in advance if you would like to cancel your child’s place. You need to let us know of any cancellations by the 25th of the month that you will be leaving. Any cancellations made after the 25th will still be charged on the 1st of the following month. No refunds will be given after the 25th.
Late Payments –
Unfortunately, we are experiencing a high number of late payments. This is not acceptable and therefore we will be introducing a late payment fee for payments that are not successful on 1st of the month. This fee will be £10 and will be added onto your payment on the 1st of the following month.
- Born 2 Dance or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- Born 2 Dance reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - r b2dstaff@gmail.com.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
- If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, Born 2 Dance will offer a make-up session, parents will be refunded if no make up session can be held, parents will not be refunded if the dancer cannot make the session offered.
General Payments:
Payments are taken on the 1st of each month on a pro-rata basis. Therefore payment will be taken on the 1st of each month even if there are half term closures. You are only charged for the weeks that we are open, this is then divided by 12 so that each monthly payment stays the same.
